Got to listen to my buddies new car audio system yesterday, I''ve been out of the car-fi thing for a while. I have a decent system in my truck, but I''m not up on the new tech. Well he has a new Alpine head unit with a time correction feature. WOW, this thing is incredible the sound became so tight it was truely unbelievable. My understanding is this feature compensates for the time/distance from the each speaker to your ears. Damn, time for another upgrade.
randy

to find an analogous component for home audio, check out tact audio''s room correction system rcs 2.0.
