- For a Poll to work, it must be started in this section. If it is moved here from another section, the poll function will be disabled.

- The poll answers / options can not be edited after it has been posted. So please make sure to list all of your options down before pressing the Submit button.

- Only members can post a poll, but I believe non-members may still answer.

- Note, this section is for poll threads only. Non-poll threads will be deleted.

- This section is only experimental right now , so please be thoughtful when posting a poll.

Just to make sure, non registered members can''t respond to polls. Or can they?

Is there any way to edit the poll? Not removing items (since that would mess it up) but adding/respelling responses?

Ok, apparently I am an idiot- how do you actually create a new poll? I went to create one, hit the poll button, and started typing. I guess the question is how do you create the choices that people will check off? For example (fake poll):

How do I create a poll?

Sorry you are too stupid to use one

Keebler elves do it

How do you make these "interactive"?

Hey guys, you need to select the "poll" radio button above the subject text box. Then you need to enter a subject and a message in the text box where you normally type. Then press submit (make sure you have already selected "poll" or it would just be a normaly post). There will be instructions from there. Make sure you have at least two answer options. Also, you can''t add new ones once you click "finish." So make sure you enter everthing you want. Hope this helps.

In this section, hit the New Topic button. At the next screen, select the Poll option. Type in your background information into the dialog box. Then hit the Submit button.

The next screen will ask you for the actual poll question . Type your question in here. I believe you can select dates for how long the poll runs. Hit the Submit button.

The next screen is where you input your answer options.

It might sound complicated, but I think it will be somewhat self-explainatory as you actually go through it.

Is there a way for the author of a poll to view who voted which way?
