Default any opinions on Samsung HCM4215W or Philips 46PP9302?

I will be buying a small-ish widescreen HDTV in the next week or so and have found 2 models that i like so far. The Samsung HCM4215W is a 42" widescreen HDTV selling at Sears and Best Buy for $1599. The Philips 46PP9302 is a 46" widescreen HDTV selling at Sears for $1999. I believe both models are very new and I''''ve had no luck in finding any reviews of either product. Does anyone have any useful information that might help me reach a decision? thanks all!

If a 55" HDTV is not to big for your living room, I recommend the brand new Philips 55PP9352. The prices at your local dealers should be $2000. To give you an idea on the dimensions, D x W x H is 25.6" x 52.6" x 57" The model weights in at 198 pounds.

With High Def on the screen the picture looked fabulous. Cable/satellite at the local Best Buy produced a grainy, rough and basically downright unsatsifying picture. Of course they were using the composite video input based on the location in the store.
Take a look.....

OK, here is my 2 cents, I really have no expierence with those 2 units you mention but have you looked at the Toshiba 42H82(new model coming out)? I would think it would in the same price range you are looking at. Also just a suggestion, pick a price on the internet and take it to sears they should match it, they did with my purchase, also Best Buy will match internet prices.
